We changed from DataArc to ClinicalTrac in August of 2017. I took a chance going with a new company, but I have not regretted it. I worked closely with Henry and Charles to set up our system so that it was tailored to our needs. Charles was up and monitoring our program on the first day of clinical, there to help with any issues that came up. Ann Flint has also been there to help whenever I had any issues. The tech support is awesome!

The reports give me what I need as a DCE. Retrieving grades and attendance is a breeze compared to what I had to go through with our previous clinical tracking system. I am extremely pleased with ClinicalTrac! The clinical tracking system makes my job easier! Thanks ClinicalTrac!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Clinical Trac™ and the support provided by their team. They’ve been incredibly responsive and have even adapted some of the evaluation materials to better fit the needs of our program. The platform makes it easy to track students, and it has been especially helpful when preparing for accreditation surveys and reports—everything is organized and easy to access. I want to give a huge shout out to Clinical Trac. Clinical Trac has been very accommodating to the needs of a college respiratory therapy program. Hands down the best customer service around. Henry and his team have been super helpful with teaching and directing me on the ease of use to the program. For a person who was and still is computer illiterate this program is easy to use. Any glitches or upgrades Henry has always been able to be a call away. Anytime. Henry also takes the time to help students with their issues. If it is something as easy as explaining how to clock out or how to sign off competencies on their phone or laptop. The team never shows frustration and is patient with each member of my team or students. No matter how many times it needs to be done. Henry communicates effectively and in a timely manner.

When our program went through our CoARC Accreditation boy was it a breeze. I have used Clinical Trac™ for our documentation system for about a 1 1/2 years. The new updates especially with IRR reporting have been very beneficial and the site visitors really liked seeing that we had a report with statistics. I use video assignments and have our instructors watch the student video and grade a check/competency. They go onto Clinical Trac™ and put in their check off/competency. Once done I can run the report which gives me what I need in order to make sure if we are having discrepancies we can talk about them and make changes, or if we are having cohesive grading. This has really made the process of IRR much easier for myself and keeping documentation for our CoArc standards. Thank you to you and your team for all of the help, being available for guidance, taking suggestions for improvement, and making the change in documentation systems so easy.

Clinical Trac™ has worked great for us! I am an Administrator for our Respiratory program. The Clinical Trac™ program can be modified to meet your program's needs. The app is great for the student's clinical documentation and from the administrator side Clinical Trac™ has all of the reports and information that we need for tracking purposes.

The customer service has been the best. Any issues that have come up are quickly acknowledged by the president of the company and handled in a timely fashion. In my opinion, you can't beat that! It is just something that you don't see much of anymore. I am thankful for Clinical Trac™, it is a decision that you won't regret!

I would recommend the Clinical Trac system. The company has been much more helpful than the other systems I have used. I have very limited experience with Clinical Trac (about 6 months). So far, it is working very well, and the company has been willing to adapt to our needs. We are starting to use more of the functionality of Clinical Trac, which has been a steep learning curve for our Clinical Instructors and Students. The transition will be easier moving forward because they will not know anything else. Change is never easy. If you have any specific questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I hope that helps.

Clinical Trac™ has been a welcome, up to date clinical tracking system for our Respiratory Therapy students here at Laurel Technical institute. The GPS tracking feature is very accurate and the students are able to clock in and out using the Clinical Trac™ App on their smart phones. The many features allow us to track everything in one place. Tracking attendance, journal and procedure counts, procedure checkoffs, and student evaluations are some that we use. The system is customizable to your schools needs and the tech support is fast and reliable. All of my questions and concerns have been responded to and taken care of in less than 24 hours. Overall our experience with Clinical Trac™ has been positive.

Clinical Trac™ has proven to be a very efficient tool in tracking and evaluating our students during their clinical rotations. It is laid out very logically, and it has streamlined our entire clinical experience for both our students and our instructors. Clinical Trac™ has eliminated all of the paper evaluations that we needed to collect and store previously. Students get feedback from the Daily/Weekly Evaluation much more quickly than they did when we were using paper forms. The customer support provided is second to none. Henry Caldwell, one of the founders, usually answers the phone! And it's very CoARC friendly, with Inter Rater Reliability capability as well as the ability to send out CoARC surveys. All in all, our RT program faculty have been very impressed with Clinical Trac™.

We started with Trajecsys but were never able to fully implement it due to COVID. I found it to be clunky and not very user-friendly. I was discussing my issues with a PD for a different program and she suggested Clinical Trac™. After a product demonstration, I was sold.

It's super easy to use, has great customer support, and the company is working to better their product every single day. My students also love the ease of use and the ability to chat with me and our clinical instructors through the mobile app.

I just need to sing your praises again! I'm hiring a bunch of new preceptors, and I'm using Clinical Trac™ to do the IRR activity for this year. I LOVE IT! It's so easy to assign and communicate with the preceptors how to use. I'm still waiting on some of them to complete it, so I haven't been able to look at the report yet, but overall, I love it.

I know I've said it before, and I'll continue to say it; I'm so glad we moved from Trajecsys to Clinical Trac™!
