No. Clinical Trac™ is a web-based platform that runs in any modern browser — desktop, laptop, or tablet. Students, faculty, and preceptors also get a free native iOS and Android app for daily clinical work.
No. There is no cap on the number of students, clinical sites, preceptors, or clinical instructors you can add. Clinical Trac™ scales with your program.
Every allied health program is unique, so pricing is customized based on your program size, number of students, and implementation needs. Every license includes full support, automatic updates, unlimited preceptors and sites, and post-graduation student access. See pricing options or request a demo to discuss a tailored quote.
Three ways: students purchase through the college bookstore, the
college is billed on behalf of its students, or students are billed
directly through Clinical Trac™. Pick whichever fits your finance
workflow.
Colleges get lifetime access to program data. Students keep access for
two (2) years after graduation, extendable at an additional cost.
Yes. Use the existing library of forms and evaluations, modify them,
or send us your current forms - we'll build them into your instance.
Programs can also choose from over 100 modules to match their exact
workflow.
Clinical Trac™ is modular. Programs can license individual modules -
for example immunization tracking, accreditation surveys, or time
tracking - instead of the full clinical management suite.
Absolutely. We give you administrator access to our sandbox so you can
log in as a program director, clinical instructor, preceptor, and

Most programs are live in under two weeks. A specialist owns
your onboarding - configuration, LMS integration, roster import, and
staff training - from the moment your contract is signed.

(Radiography) are live today. Additional allied-health modalities

Yes. Reporting was designed alongside active RT programs and is used
to support CoARC self-studies, annual outcomes reporting, and IRR
analytics. Competencies are updated when AARC Clinical Practice
Guidelines change.
Clinical Trac™ was designed with FERPA and HIPAA in mind. All data is
encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based, with controlled
access for students, faculty, preceptors, and administrators. Ask us
for our current security overview.
Yes. Programs regularly migrate to Clinical Trac™ from legacy tools
and spreadsheets. Your specialist handles roster import, historical
hours, and - where possible - evaluation-form migration.
